As someone with some understanding of psychology and the mind, this seems pretty hokey and like bull doody written by people who don't know what they are talking about. Spend time studying, not reading this.
This book/audio file was beyond disappointing for me. The entire time just talked about some very simple and basic techniques that anybody in their right mind would know. The title infers that The writer would have possibly some specialized techniques that are meant for use specifically by and for bar exam candidates, but instead I found myself realizing that everything he mentioned I have known since I was a teenage. For the price of this, there are so, so many other different materials out there that go well above and beyond with this book will give to you.
